Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or store credit. Some exclusions apply. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be in new and unused condition and postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at sales@ezmountain.com with the subject “Return Request”.
If your order was shipped or delivered the same shipping method must be used to return all products. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
If we delivered your order you will be charged the same fee to have your order returned. Return pick-up charges will be deducted from your refund.
If your order was delivered by our White Glove Delivery partner (curbside or inside delivery), we will contact them to schedule a date for your order to be picked up. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
If your order was shipped via UPS or USPS, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow for at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1 - 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Service fees are non-refundable. Services include but are not limited to measuring, shipping, delivery, and repairs.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be refunded.

Custom Orders
Twin or Full size bed frames
Engraving
Taxidermy
Kitchen Cabinets
Railing
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a repair, refund, or exchange.
Please Note
Checking (cracks) in logs, saw marks, minor dents, wormholes, nail holes, etc. are not considered defects but are characteristic of rustic materials and do not constitute a valid reason for a refund, return, or exchange. For more information on cracks view our article.
